SACRAMENTO – Thanks to the California Lottery’s $10 Scratchers® ticket, $250 Million Cash Spectacular, another lucky Lottery player is walking away a millionaire. Our latest winner is Arvin T. of National City (San Diego County).
Arvin purchased his winning ticket this morning when he made a trip into a local retailer to use the ATM machine. After scratching his ticket, he said at first he thought he had won $100,000. Upon closer inspection, he noticed that extra zero. “I’m still shaking,” he said.
When asked what he plans to do with his winnings, Arvin quipped, “whatever my wife tells me to do.”
The lucky ticket was purchased at the 7-Eleven located at 807 East 8th Street in National City. The retailer will receive a $5,000 bonus for selling the top prize-winning ticket.
